May 1, 2005 -- There's a new CD for sale — and it's not music to anyone's ears.
It's called the "Revenge CD" and if your neighbors from hell play their music too loud, move furniture in the middle of the night, or argue at the top of their lungs, pop this in the stereo and it's payback time.
